Job Description: Kellogg's- Server/ Grill Cook
Follow established recipes to prepare grill menu items for busy cafeteria.
Ensure that food meets standards of quality.
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Assist where ever needed. Cleans and restock serving areas.
Provide superior customer service and maintain a friendly helpful attitude with both coworkers and customers.
Maintain sanitary work stations.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Physical: Standing for up to 4 hours and the ability to bend, squat, and lifting 50 pounds .
General: Ability to work independently and adapt easily to changing work requirements.
Able to obtain ServSafe Certification.
Must have good customer relations.
Must be reliable and clean.
Position Pay Range: $9.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Approx. 35 hours a week. Some weekends required. Multiple shifts needed! 5:30am - 1:30pm & 3:30pm - 10:30pm
