Management
Responsibilities:
Surpass company services standards by proactively researching and resolving any customer, carrier or accounting issue.
Consistently use reporting functions to report and drive team's profitability.
Demonstrate outstanding skill in guiding and training team's logistic coordinators and other personnel to perform at their ultimate potential.

Revenue
Responsibilities:
Develop and increase revenue on existing accounts by providing outstanding customer service, soliciting additional freight lanes and new business segments.
With an understanding of customer service in mind - solicit new, stagnant and existing customer accounts to exceed weekly gross profit targets set by management.
Use CRM resources and cold calls to identify, document and grow customer base so that account's profitability continually increase.

Other
Responsibilities:
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Education and Skills Requirements:
Associates/Bachelor's degree or High school diploma/GED with preference to sales related training.
Demonstrable work history in freight brokerage, transportation, customer service and/or operations with geographic knowledge.
Strong sense of urgency to handle multiple tasks concurrently and maintain focus during fast paced and moderately stressful environment.
Exemplary experience in using and learning technology including the internet, computer software and telephone systems.
Excellent skills for communicating interpersonally through written and verbal means to co-workers, carriers and customers.
Possess a self-motivated personality who continuously strives to learn, problem solve and is detail oriented.
Enthusiasm for inside sales and generating revenue through customer cold calls and needs assessments.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
