In this role, the person will supervise residence operations in accordance with its policies and procedures, mission, and philosophy. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading and motivating employees in providing quality care and services to residents and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. It is the responsibility of the position holder to administer the safety and well being of the residents in accordance with the residence's philosophy and standards of care. This individual will represent the residence to the community, family members, and visitors and develop positive relations with all customers. Furthermore, she/he will establish and maintain an open-door policy and a high level of ongoing communication with residents and their families.
