Ensure compliance with all company policies and with H&S, Environment, and Quality Management Systems Ability to assessed and run all the lines within the production facility.
Look for and lead improvement activities with the lines.
Assist the Shift Leader to do activities to solve sporadic process quality problems by implementing and monitoring corrective actions.
Ensure that all necessary verification checks throughout the operation are being performed and ensure upkeep of relevant documentation according to requirements as defined by TS16949, and local / sector control plan requirements.
Assist in any investigations into the causes of non-conformance in terms of machine materials and process failures and into any other activities that will assist in the reduction and elimination of waste.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment Maintain and wear required PPE All other duties assigned by the Shift Leader or Director of Manufacturing Responsible to know the impact their role has on the environment KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND
Experience:
High school diploma or Equivalent, required Capability to work on own initiative, autonomously where required and to take responsibility along with the ability to work in a team environment Must be able to use metric system effectively Must have a working knowledge of hand tools Trained and qualified to operate forklift Ability to think analytically and problem solving using Kaizen methodology Must be able to lift 50 - 75 pounds Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts ( one month on days/ one month on nights) Must be able to stand and constantly move for long periods of time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
