The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory.
The Purchasing Agent must have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of the purchasing process, and the ability to build relationships with vendors.
We are looking for a professional who is committed to finding the best deals and ensuring that our company is getting the highest quality products at the most competitive prices.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices for products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of all purchases and pricing information.
Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
Analyze market trends to identify potential new suppliers.
Research new products and services to determine their suitability for the company.
