Full-time opportunity for Board Certified (or eligible) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our Spine & Pain Management provider team.
Experience in Pain Management is preferred but open to train new graduates with a serious interest in Spine and Pain Management.
Seeing follow-up patients for chronic pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, joint injections, and trigger point injections.
Patient population will be 18 years and older.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:
00 am to 5:
00 pm; no call.
Position offers a half day off each week once fully acclimated to the role and seeing a full schedule of patients.
